There are empty boxes of goat milk scattered across our lawn

It's true. Someone didn't get their recycling out in time for pick up, but left it out to the mercy of the wind.

Someone who came into Entree a couple weeks ago had quite a discussion with one of our servers. both will remain nameless to protect the innocent. Customer wanted to know if the feta cheese had dairy in it. Um... IT'S CHEESE!!!! Then he wanted to know about the dressings and chicken salad, tuna salad, etc. And Server tells him that they all have dairy. Which I am a little confused by... mayo yes, but dairy, not in all of them, but maybe I don't know anything because I don't work there much... finally customer asks about the 1000 island dressing, and says "It shouldn't! 1000 island is usually just ketchup and mayo!" And Server says "Mayo is dairy" Customer "Mayo is mayo!" and server puts 1000 island on salad, and off customer goes. later server asks me "So what do YOU consider dairy?" I say that Mayo IS mayo... eggs are not dairy. Even though they have them near the milk section... Server is not sure, she was on a vegan diet once, and couldn't eat eggs. Vegan means no animal products whatsoever, which would include both dairy and eggs. but whatever. We were both very puzzled by the feta thing though. Cheese IS cheese. The ONLY thing I could think of... maybe Customer was only allergic to COW dairy? so if it had been goat cheese he could have had it???

And now we see the connection between these 2 stories. GOATS!!!!!
