Damn!

Just like, wow, 3 more days till I go to Michigan for Erin's wedding! That's freaking nuts! Not enough time! poop. It's perfectly gorgeous outside, and here I am procrastinating working on the YELLOW GUIDE, and other ArtWalk things I need to do. ugh. Maybe I need to just go lie in the hammock for a bit and come back to it, because seriously, I'm not into this!

Plus tomorrow morning I'm supposed to go to Jennie's graduation, providing it doesn't rain, and then in the PM do an Iowa City blitz with Arts Quarterlies... argh. So that's like all of Monday gone. rats. Yeah, I'm feeling a serious need for a nap coming on...

We put my bedframe together last night. Jyoti, Ananda and Merlin came over to watch Mulhullen Drive and we spent the first, I dunno, 20-30 min putting the damn thing together. It was either that or have all the pieces in awkward places around abouts. It's wayyyy too tall for practical purposes. I hate having to climb a stepstool up to it. My stupid "good" mattress is still musty and in the garage which I don't actually own and need to get it out of... I think my table is ready to go too... Just gotta get it over there somehow. I'm slowly gathering enough stuff that my place is getting hectic. Argh. don't really like that. But I know I won't be able to settle in till after the wedding. :crys: poop, poop, poop.

And I just have to say, I'm a little pissed at my mom. We went to have lunch with Diane and she talked through most of it... grr. Even when Diane asked ME questions, she answered them according to what she saw/felt/observed. Which is all fine and valid, but then I didn't get to tell MY story. And I do have one! sigh.

Arequipe is going well I think. Still need to figure out a bit more about actually marketing it, but again, may not be able to do before wedding... sigh. sigh. sigh.

But thinking about and getting ready for the wedding is fun and exciting and I'm really looking forward to the whole schpeel! yay for Goddess time!
